Thanku for coming here to read my terms of service! Please read carefully, as you are agreeing to my TOS when commissioning me.

1. Credit my art & designs properly in every media you post my art/designs on. Please do not credit yourself or leave it blank if you have no idea. Researching is appreciated and is recommended for everyone crediting artists.2. Please do not trace, heavily reference or even copy my art & designs. Doing so will lead you being blocked and reported.3. DO NOT remove nor cover my watermark please.4. The more commissions I take, the more longer it will be for your commission to finish. Patience is key, don't rush me.5. Any bullying/harassment towards my friends or mutuals, will result in a automatic blacklist & will be blocked.6. My collaboration should be credited correctly by what I did. (eg. lineart, design, etc.)7. Paying upfront or after a final sketch will be required when commissioning me. No refunds if I have started lineart or sent a final wip. I will NOT accept payment after finish, to prevent scamming.8. You may request changes ONLY BEFORE I start lineart. Though it will cost a little more for me to change/add anything when lineart is finished. (Depending on complexity of change. But asking for little to almost no major change or if I am half done, it will be free)9. When I art trade, I will only start when you have sent a sketch/wip, so I don't waste my time & I will also send a watermarked image of my side to prevent scamming.10. DO NOT resell characters/adopts higher than original price you've got them for. UNLESS they have 2 or more art pieces, you may raise their worth. (But DO NOT over price them- UNLESS you got them for a high price, OR if they have high quality art.)11. Please, do not buy my designs and sell them soon later. My designs/adopts have a 3 week cooldown. Yes, even for my specie designs, they will have an additional week to their cooldown.12. When commenting/bidding on my BTA's (bid to adopt), you cannot delete your comment/back out without no good reason to!! It happened enough & I will either block you or ignore your future comments.13. If you gotten adopts from my OTA's (offer to adopt), whatever you offered will be their worth. UNLESS you have gotten 2+ art pieces for them, then you may raise their worth to a fair price.14. Please only trade the customs I have offered to you for art or oc's. UNLESS ofc if you have gotten 2+ art works for them, you may state a reasonable price.15. For my DTA's (draw to adopt) the amount of art the character gets will not create their worth by quantity of art they have. They will ONLY be traded, until you get at least 3+ more art, then you can decide on a fair worth depending on how much the character has. But I'd rather you go by quality over quantity wise. <3 (Please do not over price)16. If you have offered stuff for a custom, that will be their worth. (eg. 2 art pieces & 700 da pts) UNLESS of course you have gotten 2+ art pieces, you may determine their worth, uncluding what you offered.17. PLEASE DO NOT raise your prices of any kind when knowing I have a lot. This will result in you being blacklisted and blocked.18. Trying to contact me on a spare/alt account after being blacklisted & blocked will result in the same punishment as your main account. Also that just makes me uncomfortable.
